Limited Warranty

Hot-Spark warrants its electronic ignition conversion kits to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and if properly installed for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If found to be defective as mentioned above, it will be replaced or repaired if returned prepaid along with proof of purchase.

Using a HotSpark ignition with an electrical system that produces more than 13.9 volts, at any RPM level, measured at the coil's + terminal, shall void any and all warranty. Wiring a ballast resistor which has 1.3 to 1.5 Ω resistance between the coil's + terminal and the Hot Spark ignition module's red wire usually brings voltage down to acceptable levels.

We provide a 30-day warranty with every part we sell. For new and unused parts, we will provide the customer with a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Parts that are deemed non-functioning can be returned for replacement within 30 days of the original purchase date. If customer orders wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct item within 30 days, less shipping costs. Item must be in new, unused condition.

This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of Hot-Spark. To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or representations whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall Hot-Spark be liable for special or consequential damages.

Item ordered must match one of the distributor part numbers listed for that specific item. If wrong item is ordered, buyer may return item for credit, less a 20% restocking charge, to help cover shipping, testing, repacking and other costs.
