The Hot-Spark electronic ignition conversion kit is as easy to install as points and condenser!

Virtually all 4-cylinder Bosch distributors have right-hand points. Some 6-cylinder Bosch distributors have left-hand points; some have right-hand points. Please compare the points in your Bosch distributor to the photo of points below:

Determine whether your Bosch distributor has single-piece points, as older (pre-1968 or so) Bosch distributors typically have 2-piece points. If it has 2-piece points, a brass pivot pin will remain, standing up from the breaker plate, after you remove the points.

The 6-cylinder magnet sleeve fits Bosch distributor shaft cam lobes measuring about 16mm from edge-to-edge, not the larger 18.6mm cam lobes. A 16mm box-end socket should fit comfortably over the distributor shaft lobes.
